bad connection. (check f bus cable)????

I HAVE DONE THE NECESSARY THINGS BUT THIS IS THE MESSAGE THAT I GET WHEN I TRY TO READ PHONE.
"BAD CONNECTION (CHECK F BUS CABLE TURN OFF/ON PHONE, RESTART PRORAMME, ect)" what shd i do?
